All products sold by Mama P's Bread Trap are perishable baked goods made fresh each week. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns.
We take pride in every loaf we bake. If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup and we will make it right — either with a replacement loaf the following week or a full refund at our discretion.
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund any time before the order window closes on Sunday at 11:59 PM. After that cutoff, ingredients have been purchased and baking has been scheduled — no cancellations or refunds will be issued for orders past the cutoff.
If you are unable to pick up your order during the scheduled pickup window (Wednesday and Thursday), please contact us in advance to arrange an alternative. Orders not picked up without prior notice are forfeited — no refund will be issued.
